Once opted in, the lead will receive value based emails with trailers, exciting snippets, and assorted content that gets them excited about launch day. This is the only time you will need to mail.  Our internal emails will handle everything during launch period.

NOTE: We highly recommend you mail on 9/10/2018 and 9/11/2018, reminding your community that it’s the day before the start of the event, “the event starts tomorrow,” a full send on 9/18/2018 as a last chance. “Do not miss out on first day of this important breakthrough announcements.” Fear of missing out is key here. “It all starts tomorrow”, “It starts TODAY” and “Don’t miss any more, it started yesterday”.

What affiliate platform will we be using?
We use Infusionsoft for managing our affiliate program and launches.

Is this a first or last cookie system?
A. We are set up as a last click in, 60-day cookie system. This means that the last affiliate link that the customer clicks will receive the credit and store the affiliate's ID in a cookie until the customer clears their browser cookies or clicks on another affiliate link. The cookie expires after 60 day.

Can you give more details on how you track clicks?
You can find your link tracking stats within your Infusionsoft account. After logging in, just click on the "Link Tracking Stats" on the left navigation legend. Our system tracks raw clicks and raw opt-in's (not unique).  If you have any further questions, feel free to reach out to support@wiseendurance.com.

How many emails do I need to send, and when?
That’s entirely up to you. The promotion window for Wise Endurance is August 5-August 18th. For best success, we recommend that you send your first communication as soon as the promo window opens, and a minimum of 1-2 more emails before the promotional period closes on August 23rd.

What Commissions do you pay and when will I receive payment?
Our standard commission is 50% of sales. You will receive commissions after the guarantee period (if any) has ended. You are paid 90% within 30 days of cart close – and the remainder within 60 days.

Do you have a minimum commission amount before I will get paid?
Yes, you must earn at least $50 in commissions.

What do I need to do to ensure I receive my commission payment?
Upon sign up, please provide either a valid PayPal email account or a physical address for us to mail commission checks.

I forgot my username and/or password, how do I get back into my affiliate account?
If you forgot your password, click (insert IS link) to reset. You will need your username or email address that you used to sign up to your account. This is the email address that you are receiving our affiliate emails from. If you still can’t login, email us at partners@wiseendurance.com, and we’ll send you your email and password.

I want to work with Wise Endurance as a Joint Venture Partner. What do I do?
If you are interested in working with us as a JV Partner, we do have guidelines that we must follow. Although we would love to promote everyone, we don’t have the space in our calendar to do so. We do require that an affiliate promote us first and meet certain prior to us considering the promotion. Our marketing team also must also review the product/program to ensure that it is a good promotional fit for our audience. If you have questions, please reach out to partners@wiseendurance.com.

What is Wise Endurance return policy?
Please report damaged products within 10 days of receipt in order for a replacement to be sent. Otherwise, replacements will not be sent and credits will not be issued. 

Returns are accepted for 15 days following receipt of product. Products must be in good and resaleable condition in order to be accepted for refund. (Outdated or used products will not be accepted as a return.) 

*Please note that we only accept returns for product purchased through our company. There is a 15% restocking fee for all returned items, and shipping fees will not be refunded.

Wise Endurance does not pay for return shipping charges unless our company is responsible for the mistake. All returns will receive an 85% refund of the cost of the merchandise returned issued directly to the same credit or debit card used for the original purchase. 

The refund will be processed within 3 business days after receipt of the return. Please note that depending upon your bank and billing cycles, your credit will be posted within 1-2 billing cycles (generally 3-5 business days).
